摘要
The SAMR method is extended to measure the magnetostriction constant of magnetic thin films with an accuracy about +/-1x10(-8). We have found that the average value of internal stress existing in the sample can be determined during the measurement. The magnetostriction constant of Co-rich amorphous film has been measured and is about 7x10(-8)
