摘要
Shubnikov‐de Haas oscillations in n‐type Cd3−xZnxAs2 solid solutions are reported for samples with various compositions in the wide range of temperature and in magnetic fields up to 18 T. The electron concentration dependence of the cyclotron effective mass as well as the Landau and Fermi levels as a function of the magnetic field are calculated and compared with the experimental data. The obtained results confirm rougly the linear dependence of the energy gap on composition. Copyright © 1990 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA
