摘要
GS technology has been successfully utilised for the expression of recombinant antibodies. The vectors are capable of stable product accumulation over the extended periods required for large scale manufacture. Large scale processes have been developed giving extremely high antibody yields up to, and in one instance in excess of 1 g/l. It is clear that such systems represent a significant advance over previous technology and will speed the commercial application of such therapeutic products. © 1992 Kluwer Academic Publishers.
