ISOCHORIC PRESSURE AND HE-3 QUASI-PARTICLE EFFECTIVE-MASS IN A HE-3-HE-4 MIXTURE UNDER PRESSURE

摘要：

An accurate isochoric high-pressure measurement was made on a He-3-He-4 liquid mixture at very low temperatures. The obtained data allow us to make a systematic determination of the He-3 effective mass as a function of pressure and He-3 concentration. The dependence is consistent with our proposed He-3 He-3 quasiparticle-interaction potential, but disagrees with the result from the specific-heat measurements.
