摘要
The electrical conductivity of SnO//2 samples was studied in several mixtures of oxygen and nitrogen. The conductivity decreases strongly with increasing oxygen content and with decreasing temperature. The apparent activation energy ranges from 25. 3 to 11. 0 kcal/mol in the temperature range 100-450 degree C. Ionosorption of O//2** minus is proposed to account for a conductivity maximum at 150 degree C.
