摘要
The effects of aqueous cyclodextrin and sodium dodecyl sulphate and of non-ionogenic Triton solutions on the fluorescence emission of ammonium 7-fluorobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole-4-sulphonate-labelledglutathione, acetylcysteine and cysteine and of some dansylated amino acids were investigated. Depending on the type and concentration of enhancer used, fluorescence enhancements up to 8-fold were found in comparison with the values in pure solvent. These organised systems show promise for general luminescence-based analytical work.
