摘要
The surface concentration of palladium atoms on a glass substrate is determined using backscatter techniques in a way useful for surface analysis of insulators. Minimum palladium coverage required to initiate electroless metal deposition on glass is shown to be about 5 × 1013 cm-2. © 1979, The Electrochemical Society, Inc. All rights reserved.
