The DAG, Ala-1, Ly-8 and Ly-6 lymphocyte membrane alloantigens, identified by immune sera raised in different strain combinations, were originally thought to be distinct specificities. With the use of a congenic strain, BALB-DAG, we have now further evidence for antigenic identity based on serological and genetic criteria. © 1979 Springer-Verlag New York Inc.
