摘要
Five complexes have been isolated from the reaction between Ru5(mu-5-C2PPh2)(mu-PPh2)(CO)13 (1) and Fe2(CO)9, including the previously described isomer of (1), Ru5(mu-5-C2Ph)(mu-4-PPh)(mu-PPh2)(CO)13, and the dicarbido complex Fe3Ru5(mu-6-C)(mu-5-C)(mu-PPh2)2(CO)17. Three minor products were identified by X-ray crystallography as the phosphido-bridged pentanuclear clusters MRu4(mu-5-C)(mu-dppm)(CO)13 (M = Fe and Ru) and the hexanuclear FeRu5(mu-6-C)(mu-PPh2)2(CO)14; the latter was structurally characterised as its mono-PMe2Ph derivative. Likely routes leading to the formation of these complexes are discussed.
