摘要
From consideration of the elementary processes taking place during the growth of organic polymer films in a glow discharge a computer program for a step-by-step computation of the development of their characteristic morphology has been derived. Electron micrographs of real films grown on well-defined substrate irregularities may be compared with the computer results in a qualitative and quantitative way.
