摘要：

IVUS measurements of stent and reference lumen dimensions and cross-sectional areas are highly reproducible. Furthermore, paramedical personnel can be trained to perform these measurements accurately. Thus, IVUS measurements may become the gold standard for the acute, chronic, and serial assessment of stent implantation procedures. © 1995 Excerpta Medica, Inc. All rights reserved.
