摘要
An external cavity coupled to a continuously operating GaAs diode laser has been found to cause modulation of the light output at a frequency within the range of 0·6-2 ·2 GHz. The modulation depth is close to 100% and the linewidth is 200 kHz. © 1969, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
