摘要
For the first time, nuclear-spin conversion rates are measured over a dynamic range which covers 7 orders of magnitude. The technique used is spectral hole burning. Between 1.5 and 4 K, Raman-type processes dominate. Above 4 K, the relaxation runs into an activated regime.
