摘要
The effects of the substitution of Cu with Fe in Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+d have been investigated using X-ray diffraction, resistivity, susceptibility (AC and DC), scanning electron microscopy and EDAX. The variations of Fe moment, T(c) and other characteristics of the oxide with the iron content in the range 0 less-than-or-equal-to x less-than-or-equal-to 0.09 in Bi2Sr2CaCu2(1-x)Fe2xO8+d are thus determined. The formation of a minor impurity phase occurs when x = 0.09.
