摘要
The metastable eliminations of C2 from C60(+) and C60(2+), generated by electron ionization from Buckminsterfullerene, C60, were studied by high resolution reverse geometry mass spectrometry. The kinetic energy release distributions for C60(+) and C60(2+), are nearly the same and in excellent agreement with previous results obtained for C60(+) by laser ablation from graphite. The results are discussed in terms of the molten droplet phase space model of Radi et al. and the evaporative ensemble model (EEM) of Klots.
