摘要
The metal-insulator transition in the Y1-xCaxTiO3 alloy system occurs about x = 0.35. Various physical property measurements suggest that this M-I transition cannot be understood as a simple change in the carrier number in the Hubbard band. In this paper, detailed magnetic property and electrical resistivity behaviours around M-I transition are discussed.
