摘要
The 1:1 adducts of dimethyltin dichloride and dibromide with N,N-dimethylformamide and some p-substituted aromatic carbonyl donors have been isolated. In the case of N,N-dimethylformamide, the 1:2 adducts have also been isolated. The configurations of these adducts have been elucidated from the i.r. spectra; the 1:1 adducts have a penta-co-ordinated configuration around the tin atom, in which a halogen atom and two methyl groups are considered to be located in the equatorial positions. The stability constants for dimethyltin dichloride adducts with some aromatic carbonyl donors in 1,2-dichloroethane have been measured by the u.v. spectrophotometric method. The results indicate the weak co-ordinating power of the carbonyl groups. © 1968.
