摘要
Recent discoveries have converged on the emerging enzymology that governs the C1-S phase transition of the mammalian somatic cell cycle. These discoveries have led to an appreciation of the regulatory role of proline-directed protein phosphorylation in molecular signalling, and have resulted in the identification of a putative proto-oncogene.
