FEMTOSECOND SPECTROSCOPY OF YBA2CU3O7-DELTA - ELECTRON-PHONON-INTERACTION MEASUREMENT AND ENERGY-GAP OBSERVATION

摘要
The femtosecond dynamics of reflection and transmission spectra of a YBa2Cu3O7-delta film have been studied in the wavelength range 620-680 nm at initial temperatures To both above and below the critical temperature T(c). A difference has been found to exist between the spectral responses for T0 < T(c) and T0 > T(c) which can be attributed to the presence of an energy gap in the spectrum at T0 < T(c). Based on the experimental data, the electron-phonon-interaction parameter-lambda<omega-2> has been estimated as (4 +/- 2) x 10(2) meV2.
