摘要：

Zakian's method for the simplification of transfer functions is described in sufficient detail to allow the construction of a computer program. The method is appraised and its practical application is illustrated by means of numerical examples. It is emphasized that the simplified transfer functions are always stable and can be chosen to have no zeros in the right half-plane. © 1979.
