摘要：

The two imidazole rings in the title compound, C8H8N6O4. have slightly different structure parameters, but both are essentially planar; they are rotated 29.4 degrees about the central C-C bond. The planes of the 4-NO2 and 5'-NO2 groups form angles of 2.7 and 6.0 degrees, respectively, with their imidazole rings.
