摘要
A cupric-silver impregnation method is described which is a modification of the original Nauta-Gygax [60] technique. With this method it has been possible to stain a type of nerve cell, the granular argyrophilic neuron, widely distributed in the vertebrate phylum. In addition, this method impregnates the products of the Wallerian degeneration of stem fibers and their terminals. These applications are described in the text. © 1969 S. Karger AG, Basel.
