摘要
The postulated iron peroxy species involved in acyl-carbon fission by 17 alpha-hydroxylase-17,20-lyase (P-450(17 alpha)) was trapped by an aldehyde analogue, partial 9, that was cleaved by the enzyme 10 times faster than the side-chain of the natural substrate 1.
