NEUTRINO OSCILLATIONS - PAST, PRESENT, AND FUTURE

The status of the search for neutrino oscillations using accelerator, reactor, and atmospheric neutrinos is reviewed. The question of where and how to continue the search is addressed. It is argued that the best approach at this time is to follow the dues we have, both experimental and theoretical, in designing new experiments. The future of the field in terms of ongoing and proposed experiments is reviewed.
