摘要
The TSD behaviour of solution grown VCl2:VC copolymer films (approximately 50-mu-m) has been studied at various fields, i.e., 3.5 x 10(4)-1.0 x 10(5) V cm-1. Trapping at macroscopic levels of the charge carriers injected over a field dependent polymer-electrode interfacial barrier and dipolar orientation are suggested as the possible mechanisms for the observed relaxations.
