摘要
Wide bandwidth, low cost, 20 channel monolithic, and hybrid Schottky diode mixer arrays are under development for electron cyclotron emission (ECE) diagnostics on TEXT-U. These arrays, designed to measure 2nd harmonic ECE emission between 90 and 140 GHz, will be used to form two-dimensional temperature profiles and two-dimensional images of thermal fluctuations. Fabrication and test results are presented, together with details regarding the actual implementation on TEXT-U. © 1995 American Institute of Physics.
