摘要
The OM-CVD (Organometallic Chemical Vapor Deposition) technique has been applied to the preparation of zeolite-supported Pd and Pt catalysts for hydrocarbon conversion. This has been achieved via a two step process; the organometallic precursor is first deposited inside zeolite cages and then decomposed under controlled reduction conditions to metal particles.
