摘要
The metal atoms yttrium, barium and copper on the metal sites of the crystal structure of YBa2Cu307-δcan be substituted by other metal atoms.1-7Compounds of the type RECaBaCu307-δ and RESrBaCu307-δ (RE = La, Nd and Ho) were recently characterized by X-ray as well as by neutron diffraction powder methods, and profile refinements were made with models of the structure using the space groups P4/mmm (No. 123) and Pmmmm (No. 47).
