摘要
The modelling of processes in enzyme electrodes and the comparison of experimental data to such models allows us to establish the rate limiting steps in the transduction of the analyte concentration into a sensor response and to determine the relevant mass transport and enzyme kinetic rates. These are of importance in the design and optimisation of enzyme electrodes.
