摘要
The optical absorption spectrum of a D- ion in strong magnetic fields is investigated with use of simple variational wave functions. The selection rule for the dipole transitions with three polarization vectors, e± and ez, is derived. The numerical calculation is made for the absorption spectrum from the spin singlet D- state and that from the spin triplet D- state, and the characteristic feature of each spectrum is discussed. © 1979, THE PHYSICAL SOCIETY OF JAPAN.
