摘要
BaTiO3 ceramics are investigated by high-resolution electron microscopy with the aid of image simulation. Ferroelectric 180-degrees domain walls parallel to the {110}p-plane (p: pseudo-cubic lattice), and dislocation loops or oxygen vacancy walls are observed in multi-beam lattice images.
