摘要
We illustrate that making correlations between atomic radial distribution functions obtained using electron diffraction data and those obtained from a theoretically calculated scattered intensity proves to be a practical means for determining the degree of crystallinity along with any strain (or lattice distortions) that may be present in a quasi-amorphous lattice. This study uses electroless systems of Ni and electroplated as well as electroless Cu.
