摘要
Correlation of transmission electron microscopy and scanning tunnelling microscopy images obtained from a laser-ablated epitaxial thin film of YBa2Cu3O7-delta suggests that the spiral features observed on the surface of these films may arise at mixed dislocations introduced as half-loops, rather than at screw dislocations formed by the coalescence of incoherent growth fronts as has been proposed previously.
