摘要
Purine substituted tungsten carbonyls are shown to be useful model compounds for studying metal binding sites of nucleic acid component Elemental analysis, molecular weight determinations, 1H nmr and ir data reveal that 6-mercaptopurine is capable of acting both as a monodentate S(6)-bonded and bidentate S(6)-N(7)-bonded ligand to give the complexes W(CO)5L and W(CO)4L, respectively. 2′,3′-O-isopropylideneguanosine behaves as a monodentate ligand to yield the pentacarbonyl complex W(CO)5L. © 1979.
