摘要
A chemical bath deposition technique was used to obtain n-CdS and lithium-doped CdS films. Lithium doping apparently decreases the band gap and lowers the resistivity, which are responsible for better performance of photoelectrochemical solar cells with the geometry CdS or CdS:Li/S**2** minus ,S//2**2** minus /Pt. The CdS-S**2** minus ,S//2**2 ** minus interface was electrochemically characterized.
