摘要
An YBaCuO bolometer has been elaborated on thin polycrystalline zirconia substrates. The performances at 10.6 mu m wavelength are interpreted with the help of a 2D thermal model, which allows to explain a transition in the modulation frequency response from proportional to f(-1) to a proportional to f(-1/2) behaviour.
