摘要
In order to study the superconducting niobium nitrides for rf applications, Nb-N samples obtained by diffusion of nitrogen in bulk niobium have been investigated. X-ray diffraction and AC susceptibility measurements were performed. From these measurements the composition and the critical parameters (H(c1) and J(c)) of the material were deduced. The results of several samples (obtained in different conditions starting from single crystals and polycrystals niobium) are compared.
