摘要
Two novel Gd-III-hfpd complexes 1 and 2 have been synthesised from aqueous and non-aqueous media; the crystal structural studies reveal that 1 has a M(4)O(6) bicapped cubane core with the metals having tricapped trigonal prismatic geometry, while 2 is a monomeric adduct with water and acetone in the coordination sphere, with:the metal having square antiprismatic geometry.
