摘要
The mechanism of charge division in silicon strip detectors with large strip pitch was investigated. Prototypes with different strip width were produced and parametrised. A detailed equivalent circuit of the detector and the associated electronics was modelled within SPICE. The results of the simulation are compared with measurements from a beam test.
