摘要
The monofunctional alkylating agents have been studied as mutagens on Drosophila spermatozoa when administered by an adult feeding method: all 3 compounds show pronounced mutagenic effects. Storage of treated spermatozoa in inseminated females for 6 days before utilization does not significantly influence the mutagenic effect of any of the compounds in producing F1 germinally complete and F1 germinally mosaic sex-linked recessive lethal mutations, compared with samples of spermatozoa which are utilized as soon as practicable after treatment. © 1969.
