摘要
Simultaneous operation of a ten-channel tunable multisection lambda/4-shifted DFB laser array using strained-InGaAsP multiple quantum wells is described. The lasing frequencies of the ten channels are all set in a single 10 GHz space, with each channel maintaining a narrow linewidth of less than 2.3 MHz. This array has potential applications for optical frequency division multiplexing systems.
