A TECHNIQUE FOR DUALISING RESONANT AMPLITUDES

A technique is presented for implementing the requirement of crossing symmetry and duality on an amplitude constructed from a maximal set of reasonable poles: An integral representation of the Veneziano form is found and new light is cast upon the integration paramaters for the multichannel extensions of the Veneziano form. A new example of a six-point function which is constructed from resonance poles and is dual, but has a different permutation symmetry than Chan's representation, is presented. © 1969.
