摘要
The optical detection at zero-field of ENDOR transitions associated with the N-14 nuclear levels of 2.3-dichloroquinoxaline in the T-pi pi* state is demonstrated. The appearance of hyperfine structure in the zero-field optically detected microwave transitions is explained quantitatively using a spin-Hamiltonian incorporating the N-14 hyperfine and quadrupole interactions.
