慢性乙型肝炎和原发性肝癌患者中腺病毒中和抗体的流行病学研究

摘要
目的:调查慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)和原发性肝癌(HCC)患者体内人腺病毒5型(AdHu5),26型(AdHu26)和猿腺病毒68型(AdC68)的中和抗体流行率,为这两类疾病开发安全有效的生物治疗载体提供依据。方法:我们收集196份慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者血清和193份原发性肝癌患者血清,通过腺病毒中和实验检测血清中AdHu5、AdHu26和AdC68的中和抗体。结果:在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者中AdHu5、AdHu26和AdC68的中和抗体阳性率分别为84.7%(95%可信区间:79.0-89.1%),58.2%(95%可信区间:51.2-64.9%),39.8%(95%可信区间:33.2-46.8%);在原发性肝癌患者中AdHu5、AdHu26和AdC68的中和抗体阳性率分别为75.1%(95%可信区间:68.6-80.7%),66.8%(95%可信区间:59.9-73.1%),32.1%(95%可信区间:25.9-39.0%)。结论:本实验中,AdC68的中和抗体的流行率和抗体滴度都最低,其作为CHB和HCC的生物治疗载体较AdHu5与AdHu26具有优势。
