低频超声促透通络止痛汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎30例病例报告及促透机理研究

摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,简称KOA)是骨科的一种常见病、难治病,多发于40-65岁,女性多于男性。本病病情复杂,病程较长,治疗难度较大,是使中老年人生活质量下降、造成经济损失和导致长期残疾的主要疾病之一。由于KOA是一种退行性疾病,其退变的过程不可逆转,目前临床上尚无有效的根治办法。减轻骨性关节炎患者的症状,减缓KOA进行性退变的进程成为现在亟待解决的问题。中医外治法在治疗KOA中有其独特优势,能够使药物和物理刺激直接作用于患处,使药力直达病所,治疗更具针对性,而且有简便易行、副作用小的特点。低频超声是现在的第三种给药途径,在透皮给药方面独具特色。本科题采用低频超声治疗KOA,按照随机、双盲、对照的临床观察研究方法,评价低频超声促透中药治疗KOA的有效性。并且通过动物实验对低频超声的促透作用做进一步的深入研究,通过低频超声对大分子中药的促透的实验观察,进一步证明超声透皮给药的作用机制,为临床研究提供更为科学客观的依据。
