在线医疗社区参与者使用行为及其对患者健康影响研究

摘要：

医疗资源紧缺是世界范围面临的基础性问题。医疗资源供需差异加剧了当前医患关系的恶化，更引发数起恶劣医患纠纷。信息技术和互联网的发展，一方面产生了医疗信息系统，通过电子病历等可以帮助提高医疗资源利用效率，改善医疗服务质量；另一方面，在线网路医疗为人们获取医疗保健信息提供了新途径。国内外相关研究在在线医疗与心理健康、社会支持、在线医疗知识创造和隐私考虑取得了一些成果，然而这些研究很少在线医疗社区参与者的使用行为的角度入手分析，对在线医疗社区中医生的角色的分析和医患互动关系的研究也存在很大不足。而这些问题对于医患关系和社区的运行效果都有重要的意义。文章对在线医疗社区中参与者的使用行为和他们之间的相互影响关系进行了研究，通过界定研究对象的概念和范围，根据理论分析提出假设，并使用好大夫在线的数据进行实证分析。通过实证分析结果对研究假设进行检验，肯定了大部分行为之间的正相关关系，并对医生行为和患者行为对医患互动行为的数量表示的研究。研究发现，当前在校医疗社区的使用效率和患者转化率偏低，患者行为是影响医患交互行为的主要因素。基于疾病的参与者使用行为，其关系有很大差异。患者推进和主导医患互动行为。
