隔药灸脐法对脾气虚型肠易激综合征患者血清脑肠肽影响的临床研究

摘要
目的:本研究分别采用隔药灸脐法和隔淀粉灸脐法治疗脾气虚型肠易激综合征患者,观察两种治疗对患者P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)三种脑肠肽血清含量的影响,对比分析效应产生的原因及临床意义,探讨脐疗对脑肠肽的调控作用及其与药物特异性的关系,进而探讨脐疗治疗脾气虚型肠易激综合征可能的效应机理,为脐疗防治疾病的临床研究和推广使用提供实验室依据。 方法:选取45名脾气虚型肠易激综合征患者,隔药灸脐组23例,隔淀粉灸脐组22例;采用ELISA法检测治疗前、治疗后各组患者血清SP、5-HT和VIP含量;分别比较其含量在治疗前、后的组内差异及组间的差异,比较治疗前、后的差值。 结果:隔药灸脐组患者血清SP、5-HT及VIP含量与治疗前比较均有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。隔淀粉灸脐组患者血清SP、5-HT含量与治疗前比较均有显著性意义(P<0.05),VIP含量与治疗前比较有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者血清SP、5-HT及VIP含量比较及治疗前、后的差值比较均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。隔药灸脐组中SP、5-HT及VIP含量的下降趋势优于隔淀粉灸脐组。 结论:隔药灸脐法与隔淀粉灸脐法均有显著降低脾气虚型肠易激综合征患者血清SP、5-HT及VIP含量的作用,并且两种方法的作用相当,在下调趋势上,隔药灸脐法优于隔淀粉灸脐法。脐疗对脾气虚型肠易激综合征患者脑肠肽的良性调控作用可能是其效应机理之一,并且可能与药物特异性有关。该结论还需在整合多中心样本,做进一步的分析后予以证实。
