健骨强筋汤配合熏蒸治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效研究

摘要：

目的：观察健骨强筋汤配合熏蒸治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。材料与方法：将120例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组60例。治疗组健骨强筋汤配合熏蒸治疗，对照组熏蒸配合口服美洛昔康对症治疗。分别观察两组患者两疗程结束后及治疗后3个月随访时临床症状评分和疗效。结果：两组患者，治疗组较对照组治疗后及随访时临床症状评分均明显改善(P＜0.01)，治疗组治疗后、随访时总有效率均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：健骨强筋汤配合熏蒸治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效优于口服药物治疗，且远期疗效优势明显。
