保肝消脂颗粒对NAFLD肝郁脾虚痰浊血瘀型患者SCD-1影响的临床研究

摘要：

目的：观察保肝消脂颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)肝郁脾虚痰浊血瘀型患者硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶影响的临床疗效及用药安全性,初步探讨其机理,为其广泛应用于临床提供依据。方法：选择符合纳入标准的非酒精性脂肪肝患者根据临床试验随机化方案,根据受试者就诊的顺序,随机分为治疗组与对照组。共80例,治疗组和对照组各40例。选择水飞蓟宾胶囊为对照药,试验组服用保肝消脂颗粒。对照组服用水飞蓟宾胶囊过程中,禁止使用其他与试验药物效用相近的中西药物。服药8周后。观察两组患者治疗前后的症状、体征、肝功能、SCD-1以及肝脾CT。结果：两组患者经治疗后,治疗效果均显著,治疗组在症状,肝功能改善,肝脾CT检查结果方面治疗组与对照组比较统计无显著性差异(P>0.05)；两组患者治疗后SCD-1均有显著改善,治疗后两组患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：保肝消脂颗粒及水飞蓟宾胶囊均可对非酒精性脂肪肝患者SCD-1有明显的上调作用,治疗组优于对照组；对临床症状及肝功能、血脂指标有明显改善作用
