摘要
Pertactin, a membrane-associated protein of Bordetella pertussis, has been crystallized in the presence of 28% ammonium sulphate. The space group is P6322 with cell dimensions a = b = 178.2 å and c = 106.8 å. The crystals diffract to 3.3 å using a rotating anode source and are suitable for an X- ray structure determination. Assuming one molecule in the asymmetric unit, 70% of the cell is occupied by solvent. © 1994 Academic Press Limited.
